For coaches, EOS implementers and fractional COOs

Walk into every session knowing what’s stuck.

Your clients’ teams do the work between sessions. Atlas makes that work visible to you: it asks the team short questions and brings you one page before you meet, with what moved and what’s stuck, in their own words. Your method and your client relationship stay yours.

You own the client relationship. Nothing reaches your client without your OK.

What happens between sessions today

You see your client a few days a quarter. The work happens on all the others.

  • You walk in with one version of the storyBefore a session you mostly hear the owner’s view of what moved, and the team’s view shows up late, if at all.
  • The software turns into paperworkRocks and issues live in a tool that only works when someone updates the fields. In a small team, that someone is one or two people.
  • Renewal depends on what movedA client who sees nothing finished between sessions starts asking what they’re paying for.
How it works with your client

Your client’s team keeps the week. Atlas shows it to you.

  1. 01

    You set the frame

The priorities you agreed on with the client, who owns each and by when, in your method’s terms: Rocks, goals, commitments.

  2. 02

The team answers in two minutes

Every week or two, Atlas asks each person what they’re waiting on and what got in the way. A personal link, nothing to install.

  3. 03

You get one page before you meet

What moved, what’s stuck and the open questions, in the team’s own words. The diagnosis stays with you and the team in the room.

What changes for you

Clients who see progress, and stay.

  • Prep in minutesThe page is ready before you open your notes.
  • One page the owner sees tooThe owner sees the same page you do, so the session starts from shared facts instead of one person’s memory.
  • Finished changes to showYour client sees a result checked against the number you agreed on.
The pilot

One of your clients. Six weeks. Free.

Pick a client who’s in the middle of a change. We set Atlas up with you, it runs alongside your sessions for six weeks, and you decide whether to keep it. After the pilot, Atlas costs a fixed fee per client per month. You can pass it on or build it into your fee.

Questions practitioners ask
Does it replace my method or my software?
No. Atlas brings the team’s signals into the meetings and tools your client already runs, such as an EOS Level 10 or a Scaling Up weekly. Your method decides what to do with them.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. During a pilot, nothing goes to your client or their team without your OK.
What do employees see?
Their own answers, and who reads them. Signals describe how work flows, not how people perform. Atlas isn’t used for performance reviews.
Where does the data live?
In the US, on AWS in Oregon, through our hosting provider. It’s encrypted in transit. Employees’ answers are seen by the people named on the page, and nobody else.
